Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Simply browse our Catalogue and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished making your selection, click on "View Basket" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal and US checks and postal orders. Please note that for check orders we reserve the right to await successful clearance of funds before shipping your goods. Checks and postal orders must be received by us within 7 days of your order being placed. If not, we will inform you by email. If we have still not received your payment after a further 7 days you will be emailed with notification of your order being cancelled.
PunkyDads Clothing reserve the right to remove an item from the catalogue, amend the price or any other detail on the website at any time without prior warning, consent or notification.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any incorrect website content.
If one of your chosen products is not available, you will be notified. We will not substitute one item for another without first contacting you.
Shipping And Handling
PunkyDads Clothing ships to anywhere within North America and European Community (EC).
Please note that orders for customers within North America, but outside of the US may be:
a) Liable for customs or excise duty upon receiving the goods, according to the customs and excise regulations in that country.
b) Split into more than one package.
Delivery Schedule
Urgent orders - If you require your order for an urgent deadling, please call (our numbers are listed on the "contact us" page) as we may be able to help.
All other orders - Whilst we ask customers to allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery, most items are usually in stock and immediately available so orders are generally received within a few days. For orders destined outside of the US, delivery may take slightly longer.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be kept up to date via email with the option to change your order if you would rather not wait.
If a shipment is returned to us as a result of the recipient being un-contactable or not responding to a card left by the carriers, a second delivery charge may be made at our discretion before the goods are re-delivered.
Please note that if your shipment becomes lost as a result of you entering an incorrect or incomplete address when placing your order, we will not be held responsible for the loss.
For those customers that enter an alternative delivery location in the special instructions box that is not signed for (e.g. please leave in porch, please leave round back of property), PunkyDads Clothing will not be responsible if the consignment goes missing once the delivery has been made.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site and once your order has been completed, we do not hold any card details. This is to further protect you.

As a PunkyDads Clothing customer you agree that we may email you a copy of our newsletter from time to time which will always contain instructions on how to remove your email address from our mailing list.
Returns Policy
Damaged items - If items arrive damaged, we require you to send the product back to us in its original packaging or similar. A new item will be dispatched upon receipt and possibly upon investigation.
Erroneous Items - Items sent out in error will be exchanged for the correct item. We will send you a reply paid box or envelope and once we have received the incorrect item back from you, we will despatch the correct one.
You must notify us of any problems with your order within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Failure to do so may leave us unable to rectify any problems.
Where refunds are given, we reserve the right to issue a credit note (where appropriate). This is at the discretion of the management.
